Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced Regional Business Development Manager to lead our Cooling Division expansion into North America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of the Cooling Division in North America, partnering with regional General Managers and divisions to grow the product line in the region.
- Ensure operational readiness and capability, including proposing and securing approval for CAPEX, tracking spend and implementation, and securing the required skills and tooling to support sales and service delivery.
- Deliver the requisite level of financial return to the Company within a framework of corporate policies and procedures that ensure zero harm to all employees, stakeholders, community, Company, and the environment.
- Ensure adherence to HEPI safety and quality requirements and expectations, contributing to a proactive culture.
- Continually develop, implement, and maintain short-, medium- and long-term strategies that are aligned to the Company's vision, values and strategic direction.
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance, Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Operational, Commercial or Sales Manager in mining, engineering or equipment environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of managing a mixed mode manufacturing and servicing business.
- High level of computer literacy with ability to use Microsoft office suite (outlook, word, excel, powerpoint), Pronto ERP, Salesforce, and Pronto Database or ERP system.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
