Corporate Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our team at Quantum Management Services Ltd. in a downtown location.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment where you will be the first point of contact for visitors, manage phone calls, and ensure smooth mail and courier operations.

As a Corporate Receptionist, you will be responsible for maintaining a polished and professional office environment, overseeing office supply procurement, and providing vital administrative support to senior management and the administrative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area, ensuring it is always immaculate and well-organized.
  • Manage office supplies, ensuring everything from stationery to office equipment is always stocked and ready for use.
  • Keep common areas, such as kitchens and meeting rooms, neat, organized, and fully stocked, managing catering setups for meetings.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to senior management and the administrative team.
  • Utilize MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to perform administrative tasks.
  • Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude with a love for working onsite, Monday through Friday.

Requirements:

  • 23 years of professional experience working in a corporate environment in a reception/front-of-house role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
