About the Role

COTTINY INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Customer Service: Greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information about our company.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business decisions.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
Work Environment
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
