About the Role

ZAM ZAM TIKKA & KABAB INC is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project coordination team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the project coordination team, including implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures for the project coordination team.
  • Supervision: Supervise and coordinate office administrative procedures, including overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in administrative support or project coordination.
  • Skills: Quick Books, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, organized, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability, and team player.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
