About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at HOMELIFE MIRACLE REALTY LTD. as an Office Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Establish priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
    • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
    • Train staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • Proficient in electronic mail and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a real estate or related industry
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Availability
    • Available to work 32 to 40 hours per week
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
