About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technologist to join our team at Philcan Group Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing production processes, ensuring quality assurance, and driving efficiency in our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Development: Design and implement production processes, including plant layouts and production facilities, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and conduct quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5 years or more in a manufacturing or production role.
  • Skills: Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, project management software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows, and CNC machine operation.
