Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technologist to join our team at Philcan Group Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing production processes, managing inventory and quality assurance programs, and designing plant layouts and production facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and conduct production, inventory, and quality assurance programs to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
  • Design and implement plant layouts and production facilities to optimize production capacity and workflow.
  • Conduct work measurement and other studies to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Collect and analyze data and samples to inform production decisions and improve quality.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing and processing procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports to support production planning and decision-making.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in a sheet metal shop or similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial processes and biological studies, including product development and quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, project management software, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
