Key Responsibilities- Process Development: Design and implement production processes, including plant layouts and production facilities, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and conduct quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Inventory Management: Develop and implement inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering, to ensure seamless execution of production plans.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and productivity gains.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent in a related field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality assurance principles, and inventory management systems. Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
