About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technologist to join our team at Philcan Group Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing production processes, managing inventory, and ensuring quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and conduct production, inventory, and quality assurance programs to optimize manufacturing efficiency and quality.
  • Design and implement plant layouts and production facilities to meet business needs.
  • Conduct work measurement and other studies to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing and processing procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, and reports to support business operations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and project management tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
