Job Overview

Join Philcan Group Inc as a Manufacturing Technologist in a dynamic and innovative environment. This permanent position offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week with a focus on enhancing production efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement production, inventory, and quality assurance programs.
  • Design layouts for manufacturing facilities to optimize workflow.
  • Conduct work measurement studies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Gather and analyze operational or experimental data to inform decision-making.
  • Formulate and refine manufacturing and processing procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide production.
Technical Proficiencies
  • Proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
  • Skilled in project management software.
  • Experienced with MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows.
  • Capable of operating Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines.
Industry Knowledge
  • Expertise in product development and fabrication processes.
  • Specialization in the development of production systems and quality assurance programs.
  • Experience in work planning, estimating, measuring, and scheduling.
Work Environment

This role requires adaptability to a fast-paced environment and the ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines. Attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to manage a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong client focus, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and exhibit flexibility and initiative. Organizational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.

Experience Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
