Job Title: Senior Contract Manager


Job Summary:


The Senior Contract Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including contract drafting, negotiation, review, approval, execution, and renewal.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage contract drafting, negotiation, review, approval, execution, and renewal.
  • Conduct thorough review and analysis of contract terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies.
  • Work with internal departments and management to ensure adherence to contractual terms, including legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare financial information to support contractual activities undertaken by the Company.
  • Support financial forecasting for contract expenditures.
  • Support management of various first-tier subcontractor relationships.
  • Supervise a team of Contract Administrators.
  • Maintain a contractual document repository, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all relevant stakeholders.
  • Engage in and support capture and bid management efforts.
  • Customer billing preparation and oversight.
  • Assist with company compliance to Export Control, ITAR and Controlled Goods Regulations.

Requirements:



  • 5+ years' industry experience with Contract Management emphasis.
  • Bachelor of Commerce/ Business Administration.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Above average interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsibility, close attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a personal commitment to IMP Occupational Health, Safety and Environment policies.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement activities in your area.
  • Must be eligible to meet requirements for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Canadian Government Security Clearances.
