About the Role

We are seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee service contract preparation and procurement for our property management teams. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Property Finance and Administration, this individual will work directly with blue chip tenants across our commercial portfolio.

  • Collaborate with a strong in-house legal team to ensure timely and accurate contract preparation.
  • Work with large contractors across various service offerings, including tendering and quotation processes.
  • Provide liaison support between property operations and legal counsel to facilitate contract execution.
  • Ensure contractor insurance and WCB compliance certificates are provided as required by contracts.
  • Track completed work inspections and sign off on deficiencies before submitting final invoices.

Liaising with the procurement team to optimize property operations inventory utilization and tracking is also essential. The successful candidate will possess previous management experience working with service contracts and/or contractors, as well as an educational background in Legal/paralegal, Business Administration, or a related program.

Requirements and Qualifications

This role requires:

  • Previous management experience working with service contracts and/or contractors.
  • Educational background in Legal/paralegal, Business Administration, or a related program.
  • Excellent time management skills.
