Job Description


This senior-level position involves:



  • Managing the contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, review, approval, execution, and renewal
  • Conducting thorough reviews and analysis of contract terms and conditions
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on contractual performance and compliance
  • Negotiating new and renewal contracts and contract changes
  • Collaborating with internal departments and management to ensure adherence to contractual terms
  • Developing and drafting contractual terms and conditions, teaming agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other legal agreements

Required Skills and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you should have:



  • 5+ years' industry experience with contract management emphasis
  • Bachelor of Commerce/Business Administration degree
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Above-average interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsibility, close attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated commitment to IMP's Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment policies
  • Eligibility for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and Canadian Government Security Clearances
