Your expertise in financial analysis, business development, and client relationship management will be essential in building strong partnerships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a portfolio of large commercial clients, taking responsibility for the overall relationship strategy within the client's RBC relationship team.
* Provide an exceptional client experience by delivering proactive and customized business and financial advice.
* Acquire and grow Senior Commercial Markets client relationships, collaborating with the client relationship team.
* Work in close partnership and collaboration with CFS Finance to manage and support complex client credit needs.
* Foster internal and external strategic partnerships and centres of influence (COIs) to meet the business' strategic goals.
* Ensure clients are enabled to leverage digital solutions for themselves and their business.

Requirements:

* University degree, ideally in Commerce or Business Administration, with strong financial analysis skills.
* Minimum 3-5 years' commercial banking experience.
* Proven track record in business development and exceptional client relationship management skills.
* Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
* Deep knowledge of banking products and services, including industry specialized knowledge.
* Experience and comfort with emerging technology (e.g. video conferencing, social media, digital banking and mobile applications).
