Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to manage a mid-market team in our Commercial Banking division. As Director and Group Lead, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Senior Client Relationship Managers, Client Relationship Managers, and Associate Group Leads to achieve financial objectives and deepen client relationships.
  • Develop and execute tactical plans to drive business growth, including understanding client and business trends, and leveraging internal partners to provide holistic solutions.
  • Oversee activities that involve varying degrees of complexity, including sales management, relationship building, and leadership.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President and Head, Commercial Banking to drive business strategy and achieve goals.
Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Tactical planning skills and implementation/management skills.
