Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Performance Manager to drive sales performance in Western Canada. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our sales strategies.

About the Role

The Senior Sales Performance Manager will provide expert-level support to the field through the Director Operation & Sales (DOS) team and Platform VPs. Key responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert in sales, analyzing metrics to drive results, and identifying trends to develop residence-specific plans.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, including territory management, and a deep understanding of the Chartwell sales process. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Yardi, Oracle HCM, and Power BI applications is also required.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in sales and exemplify Chartwell's Sales Process
  • Analyze metrics to drive results and identify trends
  • Develop residence-specific plans with the DOS team
  • Collaborate with HR on recruitment campaigns to attract top sales talent
  • Support the execution of Chartwell's sales strategy to increase market share
  • Maintain an excellent knowledge of the market and competition
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, including territory management
  • Preferred experience in the seniors housing or hospitality industry
