Senior Sales Performance Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Performance Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving sales performance by providing expert-level support to our field teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance through data analysis and trend identification.
- Collaborate with HR to develop recruitment strategies and attract top sales talent.
- Implement Chartwell's sales strategy to increase market share.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide effective sales coaching and development opportunities for our teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, including territory management.
- Proven ability to identify sales trends and achieve established targets.
- Experience interacting with mature adults and seniors in a management capacity.
What We Offer
A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
