As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. Your exceptional organizational skills will enable you to plan and organize daily operations with ease, while your supervisory abilities will allow you to effectively manage and support other workers.
We are looking for an individual who can efficiently record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences. Additionally, you will determine and establish office procedures and routines that promote productivity and efficiency.
This is a permanent position, requiring a commitment of 1-2 years. The working hours will be approximately 35-40 hours per week. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and contribute to the success of our organization.
