Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products.
- Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, door-to-door sales, and product demonstrations.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to the sales team.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports, providing regular updates to management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the home furnishings industry.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in sales software and technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
