We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President, Data Ethics to spearhead our 10-year Commercial Mega Project in Vancouver, BC.

Job Summary:

The Vice President, Data Ethics will provide overall project oversight, including Development Management, Project Management, and Construction Management. This is a key leadership role that requires strong working relationships with Municipal Authorities, Public Stakeholders, and Financial Institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide development expertise to the project, ensuring timely and successful project delivery
  • Liaise with Municipal Authorities and Public Stakeholders to mitigate political and public liabilities
  • Act as Primary or Secondary Contact for all City correspondence pertaining to the Project
  • Manage Disclosure Statement process and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Ensure all applications (Rezoning, DVP, DP, BP, etc.) are being processed and proceeding according to schedule
  • Internal Project Communications and facilitation of Consultant Selection
  • Conduct Project Management duties such as Budgeting (Development Pro Forma), Project Timelines, Site Inspections, Contract Review and Management, and Project Administration functions
  • Procure Investors and facilitate Investor Relations and Communications
  • Facilitate and Manage Construction Financing requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Property Development Management
  • Expertise in Pro Forma creation and management abilities
  • Demonstrable experience with permitting agencies
  • Strong working relationships with Financial Institutions and Lenders
  • Fluency in reading Architectural and Engineering Plans for Commercial Real Estate
  • English language Fluency mandatory, Mandarin language skills an asset

Compensation Package:

A competitive salary range of $200,000 - $275,000 per year, plus Variable Income and Extended Benefits. Please note that only applicants with the legal right to work in Canada can be considered for this opportunity.
