Job Summary

The Strategic Commercial Planning Director will lead all aspects of Product Management for Enterprise Networking, including discovering market insights and formulating product strategy, articulating the product vision, developing requirements, guiding product development, and championing product commercialization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Market Discovery and Innovation
    • Conduct market segmentation analysis and define customer personas.
    • Benchmark competitors and identify areas for differentiation.
  • Product Strategy Development
    • Formulate product vision and value proposition.
    • Develop competitive strategy and pricing models.
  • New Product Planning and Development
    • Define requirements and prioritize features.
    • Plan releases and sprints, and gather market feedback.
  • Product Launch and Life-Cycle Management
    • Develop launch plans and messaging.
    • Manage product profitability and track key metrics.
    • Rationalize and optimize the product portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technically oriented field.
  • Proven track record of successful product line management (10+ years).
  • Leadership experience in cross-functional teams.
  • Technical proficiency across the entire Networking stack.
  • Commercial strategy and leadership skills.
  • Marketing expertise.
  • Exceptional business judgment and communication skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $175,000 - $225,000 per year.
