Xpera is seeking a highly skilled Claims Specialist in Condominium Reclamation with expertise in road accidents to join our team. As a Claims Specialist, you will work under the supervision of your immediate team leader to process claims primarily related to water damage and fires affecting a condominium building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process claims related to condominium reclamation and road accidents
- Work with or without experience in claims processing, with additional support for training provided
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- Deliver high-quality reports within required deadlines
- Proficient in French and English, with English being an asset
- Distinguish between the roles of a condominium owner, their syndicate, and the property manager
- Understand relevant laws and regulations
- Attend required training sessions to maintain certification
- Identify potential for recovery
- Keep records
- Determine party responsibility
- Be receptive to feedback
- Be adaptable to changes
