About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Leader to join our team at AMS Franchise Solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of department managers to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, employees, and customers

Requirements

  • 2-4 year bachelor's degree in business administration, hotel management, or related field
  • 6 years of experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area
  • First aid certification an asset
  • General manager experience in limited or full-service property
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and late nights

Preferred Qualifications

  • Property industry work experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
