Strategic Leader for Siemens EDA's Verification Business

This is a senior leadership position responsible for defining and driving the business strategy for Digital Verification Technologies at Siemens EDA. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of functional verification products, solutions, customers, competitive and market ecosystem, and will be able to identify business and market opportunities to enable accelerated business growth for DVT.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for DVT, aligned with Siemens EDA's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and drive the development of new products and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, account teams, distributors, internal groups, and other industry experts to maximize business growth in the semiconductor and systems market segments.
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and sales teams to promote Siemens EDA's verification solutions to customers.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and business plans to ensure successful execution of the business strategy.
- 20+ years of experience in functional verification products, preferably in product management and strategy areas.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with multiple levels of organizations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Experience in both field and divisional organizations, with a deep understanding of both perspectives.
- Experience in the sales process of complex systems, with a strong understanding of the elements of selling.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management, including Crossing the Chasm from early adoption into the mainstream.
