We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team on weekends.

As an ideal candidate, you should be a great communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software is also required.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to all walk-in guests and agents, manage incoming calls, emails, and organize mail. They will also support the Office Manager in various administrative tasks, manage property files, assemble documentation, and produce marketing materials.

This part-time role offers a competitive salary of $25-$35 per hour, commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of real estate brokerage experience or be willing to undergo training.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering concierge-level customer service
  • Managing phone calls, emails, and mail
  • Scheduling appointments and transactions
  • Maintaining accurate records and paperwork
  • Producing marketing materials
