Job Title: Weekend Property Support Specialist

About the Role:
This part-time, contract opportunity is ideal for an administrative professional looking to gain experience in the real estate industry. As a Weekend Property Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients and agents on Saturdays and Sundays.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver excellent customer service to all walk-in guests and agents
* Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-ins, ensuring timely responses and resolutions
* Organize mail and property files, maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry and paperwork

Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience (real estate brokerage experience preferred)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software

Compensation:
$25-$35 per hour (commensurate with experience) for approximately 8 hours of work on weekends. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work in a dynamic real estate environment.
