Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate, Real Estate Investments to join our team at Crestpoint Real Estate Investments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the analysis and evaluation of real estate investment opportunities
  • Conduct market research and provide data-driven insights to support investment decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and industry partners
  • Collaborate with the investment team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Prepare and present investment proposals and reports to senior management and the board of directors
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of related experience in real estate investment or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience with ARGUS real estate software a plus
  • CFA designation or equivalent experience a strong asset
