Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management and enhancement of clients' Active Directory environments, overseeing user and group management, security policies, and system integration.
  • Manage and monitor Hyper-V virtualization to ensure the availability, performance, and stability of clients' virtual machines.
  • Maintain and optimize clients' Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure, providing them with a resilient and efficient data center environment.
  • Deliver exceptional client support and troubleshooting for their Windows-based systems and servers, ensuring a secure and productive user experience.
  • Administer web hosting services for clients, guaranteeing high availability, security, and a strong online presence for their businesses.
  • Implement and maintain security best practices for clients, including patch management, access control, and robust disaster recovery plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in managing Azure, Exchange, Active Directory, Hyper-V, Nutanix, Windows environments, and web hosting, particularly within an MSP environment.
  • Profound knowledge of network and system security best practices.
