Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at WTC Burger Management Systems. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Determine Menu Offerings: Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure that all restaurant operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and staff scheduling.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for our customers, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our restaurant staff to achieve their full potential, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
