Restaurant Operations Manager

We are a leading fast-food chain seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurants. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery and driving business growth.
Salary & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and permanent employment status. Work hours will be approximately 30-35 hours per week.
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures. You will ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and participate in marketing plans and implementation. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints or concerns, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field;
- At least 2 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-food setting;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail;
- Physical stamina to handle a fast-paced environment and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
