Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at WTC Burger Management Systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all staff and customers.
- Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, ensuring the highest quality and best value.
- Customer Relations: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, promoting the restaurant and its services to attract new customers.
- Customer Complaints: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant.
- Food and Beverages: Experience in the food and beverages industry, with a focus on restaurant management and operations.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Work Under Pressure: Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a timely manner.
