Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at WTC Burger Management Systems. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and provide exceptional customer service to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Team Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring a high-performing team that delivers exceptional results.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, physically demanding, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, reliability, and team player.
