Job Description:

The Pod Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to join our team. As an Administrative Manager, you will provide executive-level administrative support to our President & CEO and the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide calendar and event management support to the President & CEO and the Board of Directors
  • Manage general and systems administration, including documentation and filing
  • Coordinate updates to website and social media content
  • Act as backup to the receptionist and provide support for information technology administrative tasks
  • Assist with research and information gathering as required
  • Facilitate routine requests for information directed to the executive office

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Executive Administration or Health or Social Services related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience supporting non-profit Boards and Executive/senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of governance policies and procedures
  • Expert level PC skills (MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment managing multiple priorities
