As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company goals
* Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities
* Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including budgeting and inventory management
* Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
* Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures

Requirements:

* 2 years of experience in an administrative role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software
