About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at J K A Services Inc. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Operations: Implement new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organized, ability to multitask, time management, and team player.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate.
