About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Mean Bao (2021) Inc. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Services
    • Coordinate and manage administrative services, including record-keeping, security, finance, and human resources.
    • Collect and record administrative and service fees.
  • Operations Management
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
    • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services.
  • Financial Management
    • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP
  • Work Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years
  • Language
    • English
  • Work Hours
    • 30 hours per week
