Restaurant Operations Manager

Delhi Street Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our daily operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing restaurant staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation and Menu Management: Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Operations Planning and Organization: Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Reviews and Development: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure timely restocking.
- Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best prices and quality.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Leadership and Development: Lead and instruct staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner to maintain a positive customer experience.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
