We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Protech Refrigeration & HVAC Ltd. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries.

You will also be responsible for compiling data, statistics, and other information, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory. Additionally, you will set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
