Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at LELIQUIM SERVICE INC. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and forward telephone and electronic inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work on reports from manual and electronic files, inventories, and databases to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Send and receive messages, both internally and externally, to ensure effective communication.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including preparing invoices and bank deposits.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Locate and remove files requested by team members.
  • Organize and schedule office work to ensure efficient use of time and resources.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

Working Conditions

  • Permanent position.
  • 35 hours per week.
  • English language.
