We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at LELIQUIM SERVICE INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including receiving and forwarding telephone or electronic enquiries, working on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories and databases, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and excellent communication skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be proficient in using various software applications.

The successful candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. They will be fluent in English and will be able to work 35 hours per week.
