We are seeking an Office Support Specialist to join our team at LELIQUIM SERVICE INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, including receiving and forwarding telephone or electronic enquiries, working on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories and databases, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on customer service and data entry. The working hours will be 35 hours per week, and the language of work will be English.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and forwarding telephone or electronic enquiries
  • Working on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories and databases
  • Performing basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Compiling data, statistics and other information
  • Preparing invoices and bank deposits
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
  • Performing data entry
  • Providing customer service
  • Locating and removing files requested
  • Organizing and scheduling office work
