We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at LELIQUIM SERVICE INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and forward telephone and electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work on reports from manual and electronic files, inventories, and databases, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Send and receive messages, both internally and externally, using various communication channels.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and bank deposits, to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, including files and databases.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Perform data entry tasks to update records and databases.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Locate and retrieve files requested by colleagues and management.
  • Organize and schedule office work to ensure efficient use of time and resources.

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be fluent in English and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
