Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Dx Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and management team.
Key Responsibilities- Budget and Expenditure Management
Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
Policies and ProceduresEstablish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a smooth workflow.
Scheduling and AppointmentsSchedule and confirm appointments for staff and management.
Data Compilation and ReportingCompile data, statistics, and other information to support decision-making.
Employee SupportRespond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Office OperationsOrder office supplies, maintain inventory, and oversee payroll administration.
Communication and LiaisonLiaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants to ensure effective communication.
Project CoordinationAssign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements- Education
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Work EnvironmentThis is a permanent position working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
