We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Canadian All Care College. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements. Additionally, you will provide general administrative support to our staff, including data entry, email management, and document preparation.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to establish and maintain accurate records and files, both manually and electronically. You will also be responsible for ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and performing other tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings

Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Office software
