About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1970410 AB Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Sales Floor Management: Oversee the sales floor, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
  • Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
