Job Summary

Parmar Bros Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring efficient and effective store operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and improve merchandising.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, attention to detail
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player
