Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at MOBILE KLINIK. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer engagement, and staff productivity.
- Operations and Logistics
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Coordinate visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities to optimize sales and customer engagement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment
