About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Genesis Exotic Market Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage Sales Floor: Oversee the sales floor, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment that meets company standards.
  • Merchandise and Inventory: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate ordering and receiving of merchandise.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
  • Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including cash handling, payroll administration, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with frequent customer interactions
  • Work Setting: Retail service establishment
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods
