We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our E-Commerce team at our Head Office in Saint John, New Brunswick.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email regarding accounts, products, and services.
- Assist customers with product selection and purchase, verifying billing amounts and considering available discounts, special pricing, and shipping costs.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges, and communicate with retail store representatives as needed.
- Evaluate and resolve complex customer inquiries with higher-level Customer Service Representatives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account information.
- Assist with workforce planning and scheduling to maximize customer service and employee efficiency.
- Perform light reporting and analytics duties to support team performance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Active listening skills to determine customer needs and preferences.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
