Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to join our Service Department at Wayne Toyota. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt and efficient communication, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Responsibilities:
  • Promptly answer phone calls and respond to emails in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer experience.
  • Generate appointments for the Service Department through timely follow-ups and proactive outreach to customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer information on file and effectively manage customer relationship software (CRM) for both the dealership and Toyota Canada.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and contribute to the development of processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • A passion for delivering customized and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • An enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • A valid Class G driver's license with no major convictions.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $36,000 to $49,500 per year, based on location and experience.
